GENERAL:

Ronneby Trees produces one of the largest ranges of advanced evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs in Australia.

Ronneby Trees developed and use the Root Control Bag and SpringRing® container for growing and supplying advanced trees all year round.

These systems allow us to deliver high quality trees with an excellent root structure, which transplant easily and rapidly establish themselves in their new environment.

Stock is continually changing and other varieties and sizes are available from time to time. It is always worth enquiring for any plants that are not listed.

PRICES:

All prices shown are ex our Ripplebrook nursery, are subject to change without notice and do not include delivery, planting or maintenance charges.

TERMS OF TRADE:

New Customers - Payment in full in cleared funds is required prior to delivery.

Established Customers - Established account customers are permitted 30 days credit from date of invoice.

A 25% (non refundable) deposit must be received by Ronneby Trees to confirm an order. Trees cannot be held until the full deposit has been received.

A holding fee of $5.00 per tree per month may apply to trees held for more than one month from the nominated delivery date.

Trees in Root Control Bags can be potted into SpringRing containers if needed to be held for later planting.

Ownership of the goods purchased shall remain with Ronneby Trees until payment is made in full in accordance with the terms listed, and where payment is made by cheque it shall not be treated as sufficient discharge until cleared. Upon delivery the risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser.

The purchaser agrees to be liable for any Solicitor or debt Collection Agency costs incurred in the event of Ronneby Trees having to pursue any monies owed.

DELIVERY:

Ronneby Trees can deliver Australia wide and where possible use crane equipped trucks.

• Melbourne Metropolitan area - $35.00 for the first tree plus $15.00 per tree thereafter.  (subject to tree size and quantity)
• Country and interstate - To be quoted on a case-by-case basis. The charge to the customer will reflect the cost incurred by Ronneby Trees in organising the delivery.

GUARANTEE:

Ronneby Trees exercises the utmost care in supplying healthy tree stock, which is true to name. Where reasonable proof is given that the trees do not meet this criteria, Ronneby Trees reserves the right at its option to correct the mistake by replacing the trees or refunding the purchase price.

No liability is accepted in excess of the purchase price.

Due to factors that are governed by forces beyond our control, there is no further warranty, express or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness of our stock.

CLAIMS:

All stock must be inspected upon arrival. Any damage to trees in transit must be drawn to the attention of the carrier. No claim will be considered unless lodged within 7 days of the receipt of stock.

Liability will not be accepted for any damage to property, buildings or structures, pipes and services caused by trees and shrubs supplied and/ or planted by Ronneby Trees.
